Climatised room
Your lab archive will be kept in a designated, climate controlled storage area, adapted to the requirements of the material being stored.
Within this climatised room we keep the temperature constant at 18°C (fluctuations of plus or minus 2°C).
Relative humidity is also monitored. We keep it at 45% (with a minimum deviation of 20% and a maximum of 55%).
In addition, regular air purity checks are carried out, which is also very important for some data.
Emergency power supply and additional fire prevention
The backup power generator provides an uninterrupted power supply for all systems. In addition to the classic fire fighting equipment, the climatised storage area is additionally protected by a fire door, Class RF 60, equipped with electromagnets and automatic closure in case of fire alarm.
Misuse prevention: Unauthorised people never have access to your data. Thanks to an electronic badge system centrally managed by the Security department. Badges are awarded according to the authority of each member of staff.
Infrastructure
Outside: The building where we store your samples is located in a closed and fenced domain, and has centrally guarded entrances equipped with fixed and moving cameras.
Inside: Stacking racks are equipped with drip trays.
A liquid barrier is in place to ensure the containment of fire water in the event of a fire, thus preventing damage to the environment. Pest control procedures are operational.
