The following are included:

- The purchase of Merak archive boxes
- Packing ring binders/files in Merak archive boxes
- Transport to scan centre
- Handling your archives (taking out paper clips/staples, adding endpapers)
- Scanning
- The way your files have to be given the right name
- Return or destruction of physical archives after scanning
- Quality checks throughout the process (preparation, indexing, scanning, handling)

If you choose preservation after scanning, you need to order an Archiving subscription via the website.
