Who can access my archive?

Only those people who give you permission/authorisation to do so. You can, of course, limit that permission/authorisation. But with the Merak watertight scanning system, you always know exactly who has requested which document, where and and when. This information is also useful for controlling the cost of your archives by dividing costs across your company's departments.
