How is the transport organised?

The transport to and from the customer is done by our own courier service. All our cars are permanently connected to the central dispatching. It knows the location of each vehicle at any time, can adapt its itinerary and reconstruct the route travelled.

To avoid condensation, Merak slowly moves the magnetic carriers from storage conditions to room temperature. To this end, the cargo area of the courier vehicles has been insulated and fitted with a 'smart' temperature control. For example, the magnetic carriers are ready to use when they arrive at the customer’s premises, even in extreme weather conditions.
